Microsoft's XML Web services initiative, .NET, provides a framework for XML Web services to be requested and processed. Microsoft plans to include full .NET support in the next release of their operating system, making their systems XML Web service-ready right out of the box.

IBM WebSphere
IBM's WebSphere product provides support for the creation of XML Web services using Java as part of the latest release of WebSphere.

Sun's ONE Studio
The Sun ONE Studio, developed by Sun, provides a way to easily create XML Web service interfaces to existing Java functionality.
